Text Box: The Blind Shoppe Warranties full 1 year warranty on vertical and roller (Holland) blind fabrics and wood. Text Box: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. It does not cover variations in wood grain/ wood stain variations or slight warping or cupping that may occur in timber, slight fabric color shades and texture variations that may occur from batch to batch. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or incorrect installation by customer. This warranty does not cover unusual shaped window treatments. The unconditional warranty on fabric and timber is one year.. Under the warranty, it may need to replace components with updated parts and material. All warranty repairs must be taken to The Blind Shoppe. Call out fees and delivery fees will be payable if the repairs are requested on site after the first three months. However the company reserves the right to remove product/s from the customer’s home for the purpose of rectification. If it is deemed necessary by the company that replacement blinds are required, the existing blinds must be returned to the factory prior to replacement blinds being manufactured. This warranty is not transferable and must be presented with the receipts before warranty repairs can be carried out. The company reserves the right to have the final say on warranty claims.
